Orders

Please be aware that all orders are subject to acceptance and availability. Items added to the shopping cart are not reserved and may be purchased by other customers.

We offer for sale products that are in stock and ready for shipping at our distribution center. However, occasionally, we may be awaiting shipments from our suppliers. In such cases, you may choose to make a Prepayment to ensure the reservation of the item as soon as it becomes available. This ensures priority delivery for customers who opt for this option.

If the item purchased through Prepayment is not available due to production issues or quality verification, you will be notified by email and refunded within thirty days.

If you have signed up to receive notifications about the availability of a specific product, we will make every effort to notify you by email within 48 hours after the product becomes available on the website.

Finally, we want to emphasize that we will keep a record of your transactions for at least one year.

Acceptance of Your Order

Safe and Delivery

WHAT A SHOES ensures each purchase while it is in transit until delivery to the specified address. The responsibility for the merchandise passes to the customer upon delivery at the specified address.

Our goal is to dispatch all orders within 2 to 7 business days during periods of high demand. The delivery times provided on the website are estimates and begin from the date of shipment. We commit to delivering the merchandise within 30 days of order acceptance. However, we are not responsible for delays due to customs processes.

If there is any delay caused by events beyond our control, we will contact you as soon as possible to inform you and take measures to mitigate the impact. In this case, we will not be liable for delays caused by the event in question. Promotional codes are personal and cannot be transferred or exchanged for cash. Additionally, they cannot be combined with other promotional codes or offers and must be redeemed by the expiration date, if specified.
